My fitness journey has been a rollercoaster of challenges and overcoming obstacles.  After childbrith, I was overweight, suffered from an umbilical hernia and a large recti diastasis.  I was plagued with fatigue, loss of motivation, gastrointestinal issues, and incontinence.  Despite therapy, things grew considerably worse and I was told the only option to “fix” me was a costly surgery.  I knew there had to be a better way, so I took control.

I embraced exercise, mindful eating, and targeted my core and pelvic floor.  My results have been incredible.  Within a few months, I was losing weight, improved my overall well-being, and even narrowed my diastasis significantly, without surgery, allowing me to regain core strength and even performing exercises I was told I would never be able to do again.

A few years later, here I am and my story is one of empowerment.  I strive to inspire and support others towards transformation and improving their health, strength, and overall well-being.  For me, it’s always personal.
